I'm not saying Williams was on anything, what I am saying is it's the arresting officer's discretion. If the cop thinks they're impaired they are getting a DUI, it doesn't matter what the Breathalyzer says.

Simple, if you get a DUI and test under the limit as Williams has, it's a HELL of a lot easier to fight in court.

If you get one and test over the limit, your only defense is to question if the device was calibrated recently.
