St. Pierre To Start

This will be the second murder Ray Lewis gets away with.

 Owe you some rep.

He will have no success. Pike at least has potential and didn't look bad when he played last week. And worst case scenario, Armanti knows the playbook and has been with the team since minicamps, even though he's been at WR.

I just don't get this move.

Me either. I am shocked.

I am never speechless.

I'm speechless :sosp:

That says it all.

This has got to be the strangest most bizzare thing I've ever seen a head coach do.... It's also incredible stupid.... but I guess it is what it is... wow.

Bizarre...yes, very.

Just wondering, how do you think this will help Foxy in getting his next job? Who wants to trust this man's judgement?

At least St. Pierre is a tactical genius and an extremely well-trained athletic specimen. He could also beat down Ray Lewis and Ed Reed simultaneously.

Oh wait,

That's George.

I might prefer George at this point.

We've now reached a level of disfunction that's usually reserved for The Cowboys, Raiders and Bengals.

Sadly true.

He took a 1-15 team to a Super Bowl and two Conference Championship Games in his first 4 seasons.

Old news. He has had a winning team 3 of 9 seasons. Starting St Pierre after 4 practices looks like idiocy.

Teams in fluctuation tend to ignore the negatives. The Chargers signed Norv Turner. Cowboys signed Wade Phillips.

See what I am getting at here? Many Panther fans want Bill Cowher only to realize he hasn't been in touch with Coaching in the NFL since the boom of the wide open offenses. Now his 3-4 defense isn't a novelty, it is a common defense in the league nearly taking over the 4-3.

While I understand why I wouldn't hire the guy, Franchises wanted positives more than negatives and Fox has some pretty darn good positives.
