Generation Y in a nutshell

Gen X chose the crappy acts, but Gen Y bought enough albums to make Lady Gaga, Justin Beaver, the Pussycat Dolls and Ke$ha best-sellers.

Your generation are the ones who seem to be their biggest fans.

Plus, your generation buys the albums. My generation steals them, so take that!

if we are then that would be embarassing.

Well you are 26 and this:

I hate my generation. Hate it. The thought of Generation Y running the world one day is actually frightening.

led me to believe that he is in the Y generation

Apparently the Ys go all the way back to the mid 70s all the way until now

I have this thing I do where I skim without realizing it.

True story, on my SAT I got all of the verbal questions right except for the reading comprehension which I got mostly wrong.

Which is something to think about if you get into an argument with me.

The only difference I can see between Gen X and Gen Y is Y is a bit better at the tech.

Xers like me came in just at the beginning. The Apple ][ stuff and my sweetass Atari 2600.

But because schools were just barely embracing the tech, I'm probably the last that went thru completely old school silverfish style.

My music sucked almost as bad if not worse than theirs, since it was mostly the same.

They got whatever the hell gaga is, I had Flock of Seagulls on the front end. That's a push.

We were preppier, they were hippier. I think they smell worse. They pretended to be more about people and feelings and quality of life. We thought greed was good.

eh
