Pike to start

Wouldn't be surprised to see St Pierre play especially if Pike struggles. He is like Delhomme was when he came here, unknown, a career backup who had very little experience but seemed to be good enough to make a roster or practice squad. He could surprise folks and since he played against the Ravens defense as a member of the practice squad, he might know how to beat them.

Love to see Pike do well and Armanti to see the field.

Let's face it, though, if you watch the game, it's going to be a Christians vs. lions kind of day. Anyone sent in on offense might as well have a bed reserved in the infirmary.

Just look at the people we've lost against teams like St. Louis, New Orleans, etc... And those aren't exactly fear-inspiring defensive units. By the end of this one, we may be starting Baker as our fifth string QB, Bernadeau subbing for a WR and have to pull Kasay down from the goal post uprights where he'd been hanged by the worst atomic wedgie in sports history.

We'll be lucky if we can suit up 22 guys for practice next Tuesday at the rate we're going. Free agents will be letting our teams calls go to voice mail, bookies will be offering over/underground lines, and wine bottles may be thrown at Fox and Co. from the upper decks.

Boooo if this happens. I will say it again.... this team has been so agonizing to watch, they are going nowhere and St. Pierre is not going to be on this roster next season. Maybe I was just more familiar with Delhomme because he was on the Saints but many beleive he should have been starting down there and had won games when he was.

I dont care if Amanti Edwards was not drafted to be a QB, if it gets bad enough St Pierre comes in - I would much rather watch Edward do the job than him.
