we don't even use our TE enough to know whether they are any good or not, why draft another one just to sit behind the other two or three?

well, we do use them...quite a bit actually. only they end up being an extra couple of OL for the most part this year.

last year we used the TEs quite a bit in the passing game (for the panthers, anyway). they, as a group, had 102 targets and caught 63 passes for 755 yards and 5 TDs. thats not too bad.

i'm not complaining, i'm just saying that we don't utilize all the TE we have, we also don't use the ones we have to their full potential. What would we gain from drafting another one when we have such massive holes in other places?

Our offense has always been vanilla and anemic ever since Fox came here. I think a new regime could possibly fix our offensive issues including at the TE position.

truthfully, i wouldn't be a bit surprised to see one or two of them gone next year. both king and rosario have contracts up after this year. barnidge's contract is up after next season. new offense might have different plans for the team than using a TE committee.

none of these guys are particularly irreplaceable. imo, king is the one that will most likely be gone.

i would rather have depth at OL, DL, CB or S than further depth at TE. Unless you're talking about drafting one in the first round you're talking about drafting one that is pretty much exactly like what we already have.

yeah, i'd rather just go with 2 TEs and use that extra spot for OL depth.

3. Old washed up Veteran QB

8. PRO LEVEL depth at nearly every position

9. 2011 2nd round pick
