I don't think it ever will, with some rumors stating that fox might go back to the 3-4 with the new defensive Coordinator and cowher looming over the sideline just waiting to jump if fox fails.

Well for a 3-4 you need completely different types of personnel. The Panthers have the NT for it and to be honest that's about it. Beason and Davis would make solid LBs but the Panthers would need to add a rushing LB and 2 DEs and a lot more depth at LB. The transition right now would be too difficult IMO.

Um...we don't have the NT for it. That's the main problem though I'm not saying there aren't others.
