Worst OC

Things our OC doesn't do at all:

Slant patterns. Best route in football, completely ignored because quarterback can't throw over DL.

Four WR sets: First off, we don't have that many WRs. Secondly, we need at least eight blockers.

Power Trey, pulling guards in the running game: Jumbos too slow to move.

Regular screen passes: Once again, QB can't loft ball over defensive linemen, can't see when yellow streak comes up over back and wraps over face.

Things our OC does that he should never do:

1. Starts off all trick plays with QB audible of "Hey Y'all, Watch This!"

2. Sneaks off for Diet Coke and Barbecue Sammich during third quarter slump.

3. And the winnah: Third and long... DRAW PLAY!!!!!!!

Resume`: Offensive line coach for Cleveland, third assistant waterboy New England Patriots. Yep, sounds like a winning resume` tp me.

The online wasn't great, but how can you win when you run on 1st and 2nd down, then pass on 3rd and long?! Its the same poo over and over every game. this entire staff is full of idiots. there is ZERO creativity with this offense. ZERO, none. I could have been Tampa's Defensive coordinator yesterday. I bet he was saying "This poo is too easy". Jeff Davidson is incompetent, and needs to go back to being a Oline coach. Screw him, Fox, and all the other idiots that coach this team

dan henning. seriously. ask any dolphin fan what they think of henning. wildcat doesn't work anymore (unless you're playing us, i suppose) and thats all they have.

true true. I was listening to sirius radio and they were talking about how they see Dan Henning having one of the most simplistic offenses in the league. Basically some of the most basic routes for WRs and simplistic offensive sets. Funny how some of us wish we could have Dan Henning back but don't realize how awful and old school he really was and is.

yep. the criticisms of him there are exactly the same they were when he was here.

someone asks if the problem is fox or the OC...the answer has to be yes. fox is bland. fox prefers bland. fox prefers bland OCs.

i just wonder how limited weiss would have been had fox been able to get him here.

I'd have to go with DAn Henning. Only because Davidson hasn't had as much time to screw up. Both have play books half the thickness of a dimestore comic book and just about as effective.

There's only a few other things wrong with our offense:

1. No HC

2. No OC

3. No QB

4. No line

5. No blocking from the backfield

6. No recievers (Even Smith is dropping them)

7. No running backs

7. No confidence

We need some energy. I want a head coach thats going to light a fire under some asses and make sure there are some points on the score board. If we are going to lose I want to lose after we score some touch downs damnit!! (maybe I got too crazy)

I couldnt watch after halftime yesterday. I saw progress with Clausen and our receivers yet the play calling was so stupid. I couldnt take it anymore seeing Davidson holding these guys back.
