Troy Smith

Nothing straw man about the fact that the only time you make stupid comments like the one you made prior is when I praise a black QB. You're a black QB hater masquerading as partial.

I'm a black QB hater? Wanna put money on that. Say $10,000. I'm not joking either. Go back to ANY Troy Smith thread on the huddle and I more than likely posted in there, I've wanted him on the team for a long time. But I want him for the right reasons.

No matter how many Andrew Luck threads overflow in the NFL draft forum I'd never expect Brandon to tell those folks they're only doing it cuz he's white. Not in your DNA. People on this board can talk about a white QB all day til the cows come home and it wouldnt trigger an immature response from you.

You ONLY care about black QB's. You've said it yourself in the past. You my friend are a bigot, and accomplishing the exact opposite of what you're trying to achieve.

You see Luck as white. I see Luck as a human being. You see Smith as black. I see Smith as a human being. This is where you falter and people like me actually help overcome racism by not acknowledging race at all. This is why I've wanted you to quit posting for a long time.

Ever notice how you've never made a case for hispanic or asian coaches/quarterbacks?

Just another example of someone who only knows and has been exposed to one thing his whole life and when someone deviates from that he gets pissy and takes it personal.

I'm willing to bet that you've only really experienced black culture, while I've existed in many different cultures throughout my life. Wanna take a bet on this one as well? You forget, I'm not white.

And you still never answered my question on whether or not you would care about Troy if he wasn't black. The reason why you can't answer is because you would have to lie to say otherwise. You probably had a bad experience with a racist when you were younger, or you were raised by a bigoted family. Either way you overreact to anything involving race. Anyone who loves black people is all for equality and anyone who loves anything non-black is a racist. Of course it'll never change.

Oh and I absolutely love your "but I like Tom Brady too" comments because that's the equivalent of a white guy going "but I have a black friend".

I never see you complain about me praising Brady and calling him the best. Brandon is a racist who thinks he's above black people.

:frown2:

you raise very interesting points.. I have friends who feel as KT does and I try and try to understand where he is coming from because he feels no different than my friends on some issues.. but at the end of the day, this post rings so true..

I don't want to hate KT.. but a lot of the time you jump to conclusions faster than a jealous girlfriend..

I get it, there is racism that exists, and it's not even the blatant, in your face type..

but there are even more people out there who ignore skin color... and calling those people racist is killing your message man...

Im just now seeing this, so sorry for the late response....

All your comments in Troy Smith threads are swipes at me or posts telling us how he's not that good. Now you "want him"? LMAO. You never bring anything of value to these threads. And I stand by my original point, no matter how many times a white guy on this board suggests a white QB, you never grill them or hold a grudge with them for it.

You ONLY care about black QB's. You've said it yourself in the past. You my friend are a bigot, and accomplishing the exact opposite of what you're trying to achieve.

You ONLY care about white QBs. Again I ask, when have you ever accused a white guy on this board for supporting Luck or Jake or anybody simply because they are white. The answer is NEVER. You're a hypocrite plain and simple.

You see Luck as white. I see Luck as a human being. You see Smith as black. I see Smith as a human being.

Hear you go with that "we are the world" BS. Knowing damn well, you're so full of poo.

This is where you falter and people like me actually help overcome racism by not acknowledging race at all. This is why I've wanted you to quit posting for a long time.

Not acknowledge "race" at all? I guess thats the only way to accept people who dont look like you Brandon. You have to make them "invisible" or ignore their "differences" since you cant accept them. You hollar "colorblind", I hollar "colorful".

Ever notice how you've never made a case for hispanic or asian coaches/quarterbacks?

Im not hispanic or asian. Trust if someone of those backgrounds did, I wouldnt have a problem with it or talk those people down. I dont bark about black head coaches. I believe the Panthers would bring one in and would hire one. So there's no need to really bark about that. But the Panthers making my city and the league look bad because they're desperate for an all white QB staff, Ima speak on. And as a 15 year fan of this team, Ive earned that right. If you dont like it, put me on ignore. But you wont, because the bigot in you feels Im speaking directly at you.

I'm willing to bet that you've only really experienced black culture, while I've existed in many different cultures throughout my life. Wanna take a bet on this one as well? You forget, I'm not white.

You aint black either. So truth is, you really cant relate to things I speak on. Your best hope is to sit back and try and understand.

And you still never answered my question on whether or not you would care about Troy if he wasn't black. The reason why you can't answer is because you would have to lie to say otherwise. If Troy Smith was white, you wouldnt even be in this thread. If he were white, you wouldnt even care if

Oh and I absolutely love your "but I like Tom Brady too" comments because that's the equivalent of a white guy going "but I have a black friend".

But my point still stands, as long as someone is bigging up a white QB, no problems from you. But the second, they extend that to a black QB, the bigot in you comes out. Ive at least shown I can celebrate the greatness of a white QB, where's your thread on a black QB or how you want us to go after Troy Smith? Nowhere to be found.

Now for the real reason I came back in this thread. Troy is going back to the bench it seems...

San Francisco 49ers coach Mike Singletary will make another switch at the quarterback position, going back to his original signal-caller to start the season.

With his injured shoulder recovered, Alex Smith, who started the 49ers' first seven games this season, will replace Troy Smith as the team's starter Sunday against the Seattle Seahawks, according to a source with knowledge of the situation.

Backup Troy Smith has been the Niners' starting quarterback the last five weeks, guiding the team to three wins and a pair of losses. In five games as the 49ers' starter, the former Heisman Trophy winner from Ohio State has posted four touchdowns, three interceptions and 1,023 passing yards.

Alex Smith recorded nine touchdowns and nine interceptions with 1,554 passing yards in seven games before injuring his shoulder in Week 7.

As I predicted, looks like Troy and Singletary are both gone at the end of the season.

The people who dont judge based on skin color and are genuine are not who I speak to. Usually those people are smart enough to understand that. I get people on this board all the time tell me they know Im not talking about them and they know where Im coming from, keep it up. Its the Brandons and people like him who have issues with black people that take my words as a direct hit. Brandon sees race, he elevates white people above all because of it. Race is why Brandon will never criticize a member of this board for only wanting white QBs, but hold a grudge with me for shining the light on some black QBs. This thread was not about Brandon, it was about Troy Smith. Brandon, unprovoked, decided to bring race in this discussion. Now that he's been exposed for the weak minded whites only clown that he is, he wants to run from it. I would suggest next time, Brandon decided to make a stupid comment, he'll keep it to himself. Brandon may have travel the world, but his mind still hasnt traveled very far.

You've already been proven wrong about this and other points that you continue to repeat (like never drafting a black QB) despite it being shown they are factually incorrect.

It's stupidity like this that kills you having any credibility.

(but then I don't believe you're a Panthers fan anyway; just another troll)

except Alex Smith isn't an unknown like Clausen was, he's... Alex Smith.

Blech.

I was talking moreso about the early success and people falling in love then falling out of favor. At least Moore had more than a couple good games.

Wonder if people will still want to bring him in here and what their reasoning will be.
