Clowney, and the rest of the WRs.

Moose once said that Chicago is a place where WRs go to die. At many times this season I have thought that Charlotte (version 2010), has become a WRs graveyard. The thing is is that the offense has been so ineffective, that our WRs have never been able to come alive, much less die. Of course our guys are pretty young and inexperienced, so we have had the problems with running the wrong routes, but, for the most part, I don't believe that anyone can credibly blame the receivers for our offensive woes. Clowney made a couple of good grabs today, as did Lafell. Even the forgotten man Gettis (to my dismay) got in a little on the action today.

I have a sneaky suspicion that our receiving corps could become very dangerous and productive. We have seen glimpses, but have failed to get any continuity in their production because of O-line woes and sometimes bad and/or inexperienced QB play. But, I am not giving up on the guys yet. It would be nice to see our last acquisition get on the field.
