Cowher hints at Carolina Job on CBS pre game show!

One thing that bothers me is that Cowher never really had a great QB, I question how well Clausen can develop under him.

I also wonder how much of that Pittsburgh D was Cowher and not Lebeau, as it hasn't skipped a beat after he left. if Cowher brings Lebeau here though, we will be an amazing team.

It doesn't really matter. If Cowher can build a defense in Carolina that is good as the steelers D is. If Cowher can get Carolina a good running game with a good oline and get some good WRs for Jimmy to throw to. Then Carolina will be a good SB contending team once again.:ihih::party:

Common sense tells me that JR wants to try to win a super bowl asap before he dies.. so the logical choice is a former SB champion coach who wants to coach here and will bring that steeler mentality that JR is so in love with to the panthers.. I don't see how in the world you guys can not see all of that and decide that cowher is actually the right choice to be the next panthers coach.

:dupe: So what do you work for JR or something and we don't know or something. Oh yes I'm sure you know JR better then anyone on this board. Me you or no one else knows for sure if Cowher will come. But right now all signs are pointing to him more and more every week. So don't say he want come here until JR is hired the new HC. Until then it is up in the air. But again most people in Carolina country right now knows the signs are pointing towards Cowher more then anything. Garret Cowboys are destroying Giants and Vikings will most likely go after Fox and Giants will most likly keep their HC for another year since they are doing great. There really ain't no other team right now is going to go after cowher accept the panthers. Since cowher is the top HC out there and he is ready to coach again and lives in NC with his Daugther going to college in NC. Cowher looks almost like a win win for Carolina at this point.
