yep DL needs to be rebuilt regardless...so going to 3-4 isn't that big of an issue.

I heard Cowher farted the other day and it had a smokey scent to it. Well, NC is k own for hickory smoked BBQ, so I took that as an omen that he's destined to coach here!

Today on the NFL today on CBS Dan Marino was talking about the Panthers and the terrible hand John Fox had been dealt.

Then said the Panthers would probably be picking first over all in 2011 NFL Draft.

Then Marino turns to Cowher and says so coach who are you picking?

Then both Marino and Cowher smiled at each other, Cowher said nothing after that shortly after Marino apologized!

Did any of you guys see this ? Thoughts guys?

Cowher's philosophy is a 3-4 defense with aggressive linebackers. He did it in Pittsburgh and many of his assistants have continued it over the years.

Grate i got the same feeling from the exhange! At first i was convinced we would go for a young no name coach. Now i think the chin may be more of a possibility!
