No sources on this one.

Just sheer gut and stupidity.

But I'm looking at this from intangibles. He and Fox went to college together.

He has never won the big one. Neither has Fox. They will BOTH be hungry. Herm is passionate and wants to win. He plays to win the game right?

If no Herm, give me Ron Meeks. He help developed Freeney. Hmmmm :wink5:

I have to expect he'll be fired, he's deserving. But he's not, for now.

His late firing and our late opening at the position could help. Unlike what Yasinskas is saying, it's not like there aren't good coaches out there.

Herm has coached playoff teams. I'm not sure if I'd want him though. Going through thousands of posts trying to convince myself but keep seeing the same 3 reasons(I'm sure you guys can figure out which ones those are) that people want him. I just want someone who can make adjustments and absolutely harrass the other team's offense.

      And you can see him going through his reads. Really good at standing tall  surveying the field. I even saw a few plays where he guided the safety away from his intended target.
