Please Panthers LOOOOSe tommorow - I want that 1st Pick 2011

I never cheer for the Panthers to lose, but I dont care if they dont win anymore this season. I still get totally frustrated with this team and pull for them to do well. I was pulling for Clausen to show something today and wanted him to do well. Glad this game wasnt another total implosion. It just make myself feel better when all this garbage happens like getting shredded on Defense, not taking advantage of great field position, turnovers, etc because at least its leading to a better draft pick.

This current franchise is going nowhere, there is going to be roster turnover, new coaches, possibly a new gm. If all that was here/done already, etc then maybe turning this season around, winnning games, and building for next season would be worth losing draft position. But again that is not the case.

I am not cheering for this team to lose, fortunately they are bad enough I dont even see any possibility or expect them to win anyway.

What true fan cheers for their team to lose? Just to see them get a higher draft choice... Since 2001...(Morgan couldnt stay healthy but was a good player when in there) the panthers have always drafted good out of the first round, regardless of what number they picked... I dont want this team to be considered the worst team in the league this year, I want them to win some games... Plus every first round pick always has that possiblity of turning in to a bust... So having the first overall pick doesn't always work out to every teams advantage.

Garbage is the Team that Carolina Put together this season whether or not a lockout is looming. Not even the Patriots dared to do that crap on their fans.. but not the panthers.

So instead of hoping we get a steal on Draft day - why not give us a chance to have the best Pick in the Draft. All picks have the possibility of being busts; the league being a copy cat league has learnt how to really develop rookie quarterbacks which carolina really needs. All this waiting for Gems in the second round b.s is the Garbage that needs to be banned.

Having Hopeless hope is a total waste of time - why not be realistic and not let emotions get the better of us.

The reality - panthers dont have the Experienced personnel to really Hammer down in the Fourth Quarter - We just dont have it. We had it in 2008 but not this yr. So - First Pick BRING IT ON.

Today I rooted for a Panthers win.

I also rooted for a Buffalo win, a 49ers win, and a Giants loss. When the Panthers didn't pull through, I was relieved that my others did...

Panthers get Arizona next week and the Bills get Cincinnati. Panthers have a chance to going 2-8 and the bills stand a pretty good chance at going 1-9! Then here on out, their schedules are about even.

IF you want the first round draft pick, you all almost have to root for the Panthers to lose!

The Panthers play the Ravens next week. They play the Cardinals in December.

I hate seeing the Panthers lose. But winning at this point hurts more than it helps. All they'd be doing is hurting their draft position. Hate if you want, but deep down you know it's true.
