To be honest, Clausen really hasn't had much of a chance this year. Teams that have been successful with rookie qb's have good running games, limit the rookie's decisions and play decent defense.

No quarterback could be successful in Carolina this year.

I hope we take a look at Josh Johnson and/or Tarvaris Jackson.

Not sure on Johnson, haven't seen him enough. If we got Jackson I'd puke.

I just read that McNabb signed a 4 - 5 year extension with the Redskins. So he is off of our list of FA possibilities.

you've got one guy you hope might turn into something special after a few years or one guy who is incredibly likely to become one of the special QBs in the league when he goes pro.

sorry, i don't want to risk waiting for someone for 3 years when i have a much more likely candidate for a great QB sitting there at the #1 spot.
