Why Sammiches?

My husband really doesn't want me to make sammiches unless it's a burger or a hot sammich.

I mean usually if he wants me to make him something it's chimichangas, icecream, chips & salsa, wings or something.

Wouldn't you rather have a hot meal?

Ribs, pork chops, fried chicken, meatloaf, lasagna, tacos, chicken marsala, prime rib, Ribeye, stew beef, seafood, chili, etc...

I really like to cook but only dinner and breakfast. I'll sepnd an hour making a breakfast frittatta or an hour whipping up some fancy ass salad. It's thereputic for me.

But not lunch.

Turkey, arugula, tomato, dijon, toast.

Tuna in a can, toast, relish, mustard

Maybe a BLT if i cooked bacon in the a.m.
