It may have been the best thing to happen to the forums, but not necessarily the team. It's only a good thing if the next guy is better, and there's no guarantee of that.

we saw the ceiling and noticed that under current management it was far too low.

we have to go up. if we can't get better performance out of the players with the next coach then we have to question the ones making the hiring decisions.

the really good thing that comes from this is we will be closer to knowing for sure what has been holding this team of incredibly talented players back.

if it ain't broke but ain't working right, break it and find out why. then fix it so that you can get the most out of it.

we've got talent on the field, with the upgrade here or there in FA and the draft. this change is exactly what we need. we need someone with balls calling the plays. i loved watching the raven D this year. i would love to see us have that type of defense here in carolina. it was never going to happen with Turd and maybe not with fox so maybe the departures aren't ending here and they are saving the best for last!!!!

When Davidsons first season wasn't GREAT they made more topics "See? Henning didn't do much worse" etc. Already less than 24 hours and it's already getting super old with Trgo and trying to defend him.

Henning's doing well in Miami, isn't he? And Davidson just showed his mad skillz in the playoff game by abandoning the run way the hell too early. He's not bad, but he has yet to show that he's great or even better than Henning was.

I'll dance all night on this. Trgo set the bar higher than you think. He'll be employed in a DC capacity this year or next, and will do a good job. Remember, we wanted him back. Let's see how the next guy does before casting a final judgement.

I've yet to see a GREAT season out of Davidson. I applauded the end of the Henning era and think that Davidson can be the guy, but I haven't seen it yet in two years, so what's your point?...
