The Jags have more wins and less losses in their history than do the Panthers, they also have more playoff appearances.

They also play in a division that has historically been way better than ours.

They also play in a conference that has been better than ours as of late.

(hard to win Superbowls with the likes of the Patriots, Steelers, and Colts beating you down).

They haven't had a 1-15 season, but have had a 14-2 one.

I'd be all for it...it means the #8 overall pick in this years draft which could mean a trade down for multiple players or a guy like Malcolm Jenkins at the 8 spot.
