This must be incorrect, GoApps told me repeatedly that Armanti had a "laser" arm and would never do such a thing. Could you tell if he was throwing it to himself? He has the arm and the quickness to do it so I was just wondering.

Here's another observation....

I swear every time I'm watching practice Gantt spends 99% of the time on his cell phone pacing back and forth and not even paying attention to practice.

I know these guys are not allowed to report on most of what they see in practice, but at the main beat writer I would expect him to pay a little more attention.

the only thing gantt ever reports is who is there and who is not, who participated and who didn't...and he does that after practice is over.

he never gives any real details about the practice sessions.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not Gantt-bashing... for the most part I like Gantt, just think we would all benefit from him paying a little more attention to what's going on during practices.

not like he can report on anything juicy about the upcoming week anyway. Even if they were installing a HUGE Moutaineer package for the week a reporter shouldn't comment on it. Shouldn't even say AE took a snap in it.

He didn't say much because his boy was out there but he was struggling and if he can't say something nice about Armanti, he won't say anything at all.

But I do think he could post "observations" like mine that don't necessarily reveal anything.

Funny coincidence, a guy at practice today told me I looked like Mike Wahle...

Maybe I should buy myself a practice jersey from the team store and just wander onto the field with the rest of the guys and see how long it takes for anyone to notice? If I can just get a few reps in I'm sure I'll win the starting RT job... I would play for league minimum.
