Uh oh...need some help

I am in a fantasy league at work. I am currently in 2nd place and could use some help at RB. Someone offered me a trade. Their D-Will for my Blount. Trade deadline is tomorrow (12th).

My current RBs:

Bradshaw (starter)

Blount (starter)

Benson (bench)

If I make a trade, I would rather trade Benson instead of Blount because I don't want to play 3 Bengal players (I have to play Palmer because Rodgers is on bye and I have TO) and Blount will probably go off on the Panthers this weekend (I know, that sucks but facts are facts). D-Will may or may not help me and Benson isn't exactly lighting it up either. What should I do? Counter the offer, accept it, or tell him to go to Hell?

u have been watching the games right? well then don't let being a panther fan effect u in fantasy football. Don't do it right now.

Yeah, I'm looking long term too. I can see D-Will putting up some numbers when he is healthy. The guy has Austin Collie too, I may try to make a play on him instead.

Not worth it. Williams will do nothing for the rest of the year. Gave up on him around week 8 myself.
