According to Adam Schefter of NFL Network, new Tampa coach Raheem Morris has hired Jim Bates to serve as defensive coordinator.

I would love to see Trgovac in Tampa. They have had a top 5 defense for years, i would love to see it drop under Trgovac. They don't have the talent we do and always relied on a good scheme. Trgo had the ability to get as liitle as possible with what he has to work with.
