Non-sense, we had Chris Weinke. 6 rushing TDs in his only season of play.

Wow 6TDs.....wouldn't that be like 3 or 4 more than we have already when we're halfway through the season!

The sad thing is AE could go in for a couple of plays complete a pass or make a good run then you wouldn't see him again for three weeks.

I love me some Armanti (no homo) but I think it would be a complete disaster to try and have him be an every-down QB in the NFL... it would be unfair to him.

I know he was a playmaker at App State, but this ain't the SoCon. To be an effective QB in the NFL he would have to learn how to read complex defenses, adjust protection schemes, make checks, etc... I'm not saying Armanti couldn't do this with enough time and coaching, but that's not something you teach someone to do in a few weeks.

yep, which means no Mountaineer package on sunday...since he won't be active as anything but the emergancy QB. Kinda bummed, I was hoping he would get a chance to run 10-15 plays out of the package.
