I don't understand why everybody thinks that Tim Lewis is such a good coach in the first place. Did everybody miss all the secondary mistakes that took place this season, or how his players turned against him when he was the DC in NY?

Here you have a guy who's players have actually called him out by name before (Tim Lewis), and yet Trgovac is the one who's hated like a terrorist around here.

Oh I'm glad he's gone, probably more so then trgovac. I wanted both of them gone.

Ron Rivera it is book it... He runs the "Tampa 2", he was promoted mid-season as the San Diego DC. If rumors are true that he is in town, I would think this will be the hire.

"Before becoming a defensive coordinator, Rivera spent five seasons as the linebackers coach under one of the most aggressive defensive coordinators in the NFL, Philadelphia’s Jim Johnson."

Yuck... I don't like the zone thing, but it obviously was working for the Bears when he was there (except against us of course.)

The post about Rivera being in town was a joke.

Add to that, why would the Chargers let him go unless he isn't under contract and I doubt that.

Already been addressed. He and Fox are said to hate each other.

Other notes: Mike Nolan already hired elsewhere; Ron Rivera staying in SD; Trgovac rumored in both Jacksonville and Tampa but not getting either job

maybe trgo was hopping for the TB job and now has no where to go. Really that would be too funny.

When did he make personal attacks against our coaches? Maybe I missed something. I'm just trying to be genuine about our team in general and our defensive image in the last 6 years.

Said that he was being held back from his full potential and that he would never play another down in Carolina no matter what they did on Defense.

      And you can see him going through his reads. Really good at standing tall  surveying the field. I even saw a few plays where he guided the safety away from his intended target.
