Mike Tomlin wasn't a 3-4 guy, he ran a tampa 2 scheme in Minny and yet he came to Pitts where the defense was 3-4... Therefore, it could happen...

Very true, but the Steelers already had a great defensive system and a well-renowned DC in Dick LeBeau, so I don't think he would've changed things even if he wanted to. Here in Carolina, we're going to have to start from scratch as long as Fox doesn't try to promote Lewis or some other non-agressive Defensive coach.

Good points from the two who responded but the same thing can be said about Spags in St. Louis

St. Louis has ran a 3-4 defense this past season and I wonder if Spags will change the scheme
