Mike Tomlin wasn't a 3-4 guy, he ran a tampa 2 scheme in Minny and yet he came to Pitts where the defense was 3-4... Therefore, it could happen...

If they do make the transition to a 3-4 scheme we need to realize that it will take at least a season, possibly 2, before it really becomes effective. That is saying that they get the personel on the DL.
