Moore and Connor done for the year

just please let whoever starts, start for more than a couple games. when all you have is rookies, it doesn't help them build confidence when they get pulled after poor quarters. just let them play, and make the f'ing decision early this week so they get the majority of the first team reps. We need them to have all the reps they can. =(

Okay he might not be proven. But let's look at facts.

As a starter Moore has a 7-6 record, including this Saints game and the Bucs game he was pulled too early.

As a starter Moore has 16 TD and 11 Int, a positive ratio which I stated.

He has completed 60% of his passes with YPA of 7.12.

There are a ton of QBs in this league who have not come close to doing what Moore has done, and that's not a lot.

Please turn off the Moore hate and look objectively at those numbers and tell me he will be unemployed when guys like Boller, Carr, Thigpen, Klemens, Whitehurst, Feeley, etc etc etc have jobs.

The last part was my opinion. Clausen is Carr Jr. We need to sign a vet. Carr is a vet. We will draft a QB.

so because he didnt start the game the 6 ints dont matter?

I didn't say Moore wouldn't end up somewhere.

(Although with the injury, and his terrible season, it's now possible)

Well that is what my post was aimed at. Kral said he was done (until he clarified as a starter) and that was crazy to me based on his performance in his young career and what other QBs in the NFL still have jobs.

I don't get how this explains any of your other nonsense in the post.

Do you really think when a teams looking for a Qb they're going to go "Well, gee, this guy more than TD's than INT's, all those terrible performances last year must've been an abberration! Get him quick!

Like I said, Moore might end up somewhere, but all those ridiculous "stats" you mentioned aren't going to be the reason why.

More than likely, teams will look at the garbage offensive coaching and wonder if there's more to be had with him.

They might matter to you but when a coach/gm is evaluating him to make an offer they won't look at the one pass he threw as a hail mary that got intercepted. They also won't disregard him for the pic that bounced off Armanti's arms, or the one at the end of the game, etc etc etc.

You can count them all you want, please, be my guest. It wasn't about whether or not Moore is good, it's whether or not he will get another job and those things are irrelevant when being considered.

So that makes 2 out of 3 years Connor has been sent to IR. And you guys want this guy starting at MLB for us next year.

Let's see here.....Connor wears #55, plays linebacker, and is on the IR again for injury. Damn, there is another linebacker who played here that had the same problem. Now what was his name?.......
