Right now, the only bright spot of this season is that the complete implosion of the Dallas Cowboys is a much bigger attention getter than the mess we are in. And if it had to happen to anyone, I can't think of a team I'd rather see than Dallas making us look like we have our act together.

Sad to hear about Connor, Moore and Davis. One out of three was a proven performer, the other two were young fellows who showed promise at times.

Raiders would literally destroy us. Their defense has been legit for years and their running game is finally getting going which opens up the pass. Plus their QB isn't drunk/high/dranked/crunk whatever you call it when you drink the purple drank this year.

any head coach should see pass moore's struggles with a team that's 1-7 and evaluate him on how much talent does he require around him to be successful and how well he played with the tools around him.

moore could be a starter in this leauge and probably lead a team to the playoffs, but it will all depend on the talent around him......i don't understand what's so hard to understand when a team goes 1-7 usually no one is playing good NOONE! so to expect so much is beyond me.

as for clausen he's going to be another john beck if something doesn't change in the next few weeks. I hope both qb's can get on the right track,as for moore i feel if he doesn't stay here,injury on another team might give him another chance for redemption.

Glad they opted not to put TD out there. It would have been premature and considering our D spends 45 minutes a game out there, it was a question of when, not if, ACL tear number three came.

Ultimately this shows just how fail Jarrett was. Gettis and LaFell both have TD's already, Jarrett had a much better qb and never got one until what year 3?

Getting a FA is a dumb idea at this point IMO. See what Clausen has so we know draft needs in April. I don't think Jimmy will get Carr'd, because even with the pressure, he doesn't get sacked 7 times a game like Carr did.

The good news is that P55, the Sylvianlight guy, PFFL, and TRD will finally stop trolling the boards week after week arguing that Moore is the best QB in the NFL!!!!!!!! No, I take that back. As we continue to look like pure crap on the field, they'll argue even louder about Moore's skill and the lack of skill of our other QBs. Wow...it really is going to be ugly the rest of the way.

How is that any worse than all the Clausen trolls like you making up 100s of excuses for why he sucks every game from here on out. What about all the Edwards trolls who will begin to talk about why Edwards should start. I bet we can get a few Pike trolls as well.

There should be plenty of folks to criticize Clausen's play moving forward. And I expect all the Clausen apologists to keep up the rookie excuse. One thing to note, before the end of this season Clausen will have started more games than Moore did coming into the season. Then I wonder what the excuse will be since you and others were so negative about Moore.

As for me I don't really need to say anything about Clausen. Everything I have said about him is coming true just like it has about the season, the veterans, lack of depth and backups if we have injuries etc.
