Literally just got back home after playing paintball all weekend in taylorsville. SO MUCH FUN, but not the point, the point is i missed the panthers game. My friend texted me around 3 or so that matt got hurt and they threw jimmy in, now he's telling me that jimmy got benched too? what the hell happened today?!?!?!

can someone please give me a summary of what exactly happened?

Offense looked okay, because our running backs were kinda finding holes, but Stew got hit hard, injured out of game, and fumbled. Moore got knocked out the next drive. Sutton came in, ran really well the next drive, then got knocked out a couple drives later. Clausen wasn't able to get much going and was benched before the 4th quarter when he threw a pick 6 for Pike, who put up 40 yards against a prevent defense and has been anointed as the 2nd best quarterback we have, right behind Armanti "Jesus" Edwards. Since we all know Fox hates religion and with it our savior, we can expect The Amazing Pike to start.

also, the D blew today for most of the game (probably due to exhaustion).

oh, special teams was decent, and we had a 4th down conversion on a fake punt.

Consider yourself lucky..... you didnt wast three hrs of your life watching the same garbage we have seen all season. The offense suck balls again, just getting a first down was a huge success. Nothing be three and outs. The defense was on the field all day and execpt for a few times there was no pash rush, the Saints ran and threw the ball well puting up about 400+yards.

    • Honestly Bryce is a conundrum right now I'm not really sure what we should do with him but I am content on him being the quarterback number one going into next season. I think we should allow him the chance to play out the season to prove that he's the quarterback he can be going into next season.  I would not waste a high draft pick on a quarterback because I'm not sure anyone in this up and coming class is as good or has the ceiling that he had with that said I wouldn't throw away the future I would bring in someone like Justin Fields to have him looking over his shoulder and give us a plan b if everything doesn't go right on a one-year deal. I think the priority right now if tepper wants to make a big splash is find a way to get Travis Hunter that would be option 1AA because he helps with both sides of the field either way whatever you need defense or offense. Make that happen and then go mostly defense the rest of the way and we're cooking.
    • Move on from what?   Let me guess we gatekeeping on who we can and can't appreciate?   Next time I will just make a Kuechly appreciation thread lmao
