Awesomeness!!

Even with new coaches next year, we're still going to be hurting. This past offseason slit our throats for the next couple of years, so don't be too disappointed if we come out of the gates crappy again next year guys. Between JR, Fox, and Hurney, we've made a hell of a bed of poo to lie in.

^This. I seriously feel like we have at least a 2-year wait until we're decent again...

I doubt that. this team is very young and needs time to grow with a new coaching staff and a year under its belt I think we could make a quick turnaround. not playoffs but at least be able to score.

I didn't say we couldn't improve, just that we shouldn't get our collective hopes up to start next season with a new coach. It may be that we come out and do well after a few games, it might be that we take all year long, or even two years to get back to winning consitently.

Not really sure what to expect honestly.. but I'm one of those who start with expectations low, so if we do well, it's a plus, rather than starting off high to be let down again.

Lol @ people blaming this on Fox.
Really? Then who would you attribute the blame to then? JR? Hurney?

Don't they all kind of go hand in hand on this one? Or are you going to say it's all on the players heads? Cause that's Fox's job.. you know, to get them ready for games and such.

Jerry's cost-cutting left Fox with dogsh*t for a roster. The best coach in the NFL, whoever that is, couldn't win with this team. Fox and the players know that their owner hung them out to dry this year and a majority of them just don't give a sh*t anymore. That's why you see our Pro-Bowl linemen playing like ass--they know that JR didn't give them a chance from the start.

Ok.. go ahead and laugh at me. Just don't be surprised if I laugh right back at you as well.

I blame Fox.. anyone who has ever been in management knows that no matter what, you do the best with what you are given. Would his job be easier with a roster stacked with MVPs? Sure... but it's his job to make them the best they can be. We have decent talent, more than enough to make it a decent game week in and week out. We'd win some, we'd lose some. But overall, we could be better than this inept craptastic display we've been seeing.

Fox is directly to blame, as he is not doing his job in preparing this team, making gameplans for each opponent, and not adjusting during halftime over the past 8 years. Seriously, when's the last time you could definitively say that Fox made an adjustment? Not throwing Pike to the wolves, like today, or bouncing one trick play into the mix. A true adjustment to counter the other coach? I can't remember a single time...

We are consistantly outcoached week in and week out by some of the worst coaches in the league, and you want to blame JR? I admit, he definitely has his share in this fiasco, but Fox has talent. Maybe not Grade-A talent, but talent nonetheless, to win games and he isn't getting it done. End of story... he's not.

The team sucked before JR cut anyone. Fox had one good season amongst a whole bunch of mediocre ones...2008 doesn't count as a good season because we won a few that we shouldn't have, and got creamed when it counted. Fox is not a good HC, and we would have sucked this year no matter who is on our roster.
