My brother and i got kicked out of Jacks at 2am this morning and that was probably a good thing. Im too old for that poo.

Dont know here but Anchorages bars didnt close til 3am. So when daylight savings time ended it was a extra hour.

Not sure if it's actually written down like this in the ABC laws, but basically, they treated it as if the bars would close at the normal 2 am time and the bars did not actually turn their clocks back one hour until the last employee left the bar.
