Fathead is a pretty good documentary on Netflix. Pretty much tries to debunk Spurlock's arguments in "Super-Size Me".

Yeah that doc was riddled with logical fallacies that made my head numb. It was released at the peak of all of the low carb craze so it was well received by everyone despite being complete garbage.
