Brian and the Boz 30 for 30 is now on Netflix.  He was admittedly a bust and a very humble guy throughout the documentary.  I think his case was of just a young guy with too much too fast and his fall from grace might have been the best thing to ever happen to him.

If you cant find your movie on Netflix there's plenty of sites out there for free. PM me if you want a suggestion but you should be able to find 'em pretty easy.

Lots of good stuff on Netflix. I enjoy the service a lot. I watch tons of movies on there as well as it's Always Sunny, Trailer Park Boys, Parks and Rec, The League... and I'm sure a couple others I cannot recall at the moment.

I've watched a few "WEIRD" foreign films on Netflix recently that I think are worth checking out. I watched them because I heard recommendations from AMC Movie Talk and SchmoesKnow about them.

  • Blue is the Warmest Color
  • Nymphomaniac: Volumes I & II (two parts)
  • Broken

These are some heavy films, and if you have a problem with nudity, don't even bother. Europe clearly doesn't, lol. Putting aside all of the lesbian sex in BITWC and the two shots of Shia LaBeouf's penis in Nymphomaniac (more penises and vulvas in this than should ever be in a film), foreign films like these are worth checking out if for no other reason than to see how much further they go than we do in the U.S.

I was grossed out and creeped out watching all three, but I respected where they went with them.

Five other movies I HIGHLY recommend if you've never seen them are:

  • The Ghost and the Darkness (Val Kilmer, Michael Douglass versus man-eating lions)
  • Ip Man (the first one)
  • Defiance (Based on a true story about the Bielski partisans hiding Jews in the forest and fighting to protect them from the Nazis)
  • Dredd (1980's style violent comic book movie)
  • Snowpiercer (Chris Evans in a post-apocalyptic film where the underclass revolts against the upper class...all of it taking place on a train)

American horror story Coven is available. Not bad so far.

Actually the deeper you watch it the better it gets imo. A lot of guys checked out after the first few episodes dismissing it as a Craft remake.

To me it became an acting showcase for Jessica Lang and Kathy Bates. Tying in the real serial killer stories like the axe man is what I love about the writers.

They are both awesome.  Jessica Lange is just money every season and every episode.

    • Super raw, not sure he is worth a top 10 pick.  Primary a pass rusher.  A bit like Burns, very fast athletic but doesnt always follow the play.  His highlights look good but when you watch him play you can see he is just raw and needs to develop
    • Personally, I am not sold on Bryce yet--and I do not think anyone is saying they are, but I don't think Ward is on table when we draft anyway.  Not even sure if I would rather have him than one of the later QBs.  I see a lot of potential in Allar, Nussmeire, Rourke, and even Hamilton from Ohio State--Milroe is intriguing, but I am not sure he is an NFL QB.  Ewers is that sleeper who falls and becomes a solid starter. I think that we sign a veteran who has played and we draft one of these project QBs. To your point:  With that in mind, I think you have to take QB off the table in round 1, and if Bryce can string 4-5 games like KC together, we still need to draft a QB in round three or so---I really think Rourke is a great fit for this offense--he is accurate and gets the ball out quickly---he impressed me vs OSU.   Reason?  I think we may have a tough decision to make about Bryce in 2 years--will he be worth $60m?  That decision is a lot easier if you have been grooming a backup for 2 years who can play. In round 1: I am hoping for PSU's edge Abdul Carter In round 2:  I would like to see us grab a DT who can rush the passer.  Walter Nolen of Ole Miss is versatile and a bit raw. I think he could be an excellent complement to Brown. In round 3:  I would love ILB Danny Stutsman from Oklahoma.  He is a beast. With 11 picks, I would package our 4th rounders to move up into the third round and take a QB.  At the moment, I think Rourke is trending upward and he has the skills Canales seems to want in a QB.  Quick processor, quick release. I would use the fifth rounders on OL.  I know that I left out WR--however, we are getting Thielen back, XL will be improved, Coker will be improved, and Moore has been surprisingly good.  Sanders (TE) has been more than expected in the passing game.  I think we need D more than WR, and maybe we can get a veteran WR to sign or find a hidden gem late.
    • Wouldn't be surprised if he starts a couple Jets games this year with the way the Rodgers thing is going. Giants fans are pissed they didn't keep him lol. He might actually have a little bit of a market.
