good sticky!

90% of what i watch on NF are docus. I love them. There is a thread somewhere with lots of good suggestions. Ill add my suggestions as i watch them. Warning tho, i tend to like them all...lol.

Right off the bat, id suggest, "Off the Grid: Life on the Mesa", and We Live in Public. Those are excellent.

The Stones docu about making Exile is ok. Just ok. Some of the Hunter S. Thompson ones are ok.

Facing the Habit is ok...about a stock broker junkie.

Nat Geo: Inside North Korea, ok.

Nat Geo: Inside Mecca is good i thought.

Art of The Steal: Only partly thru this, but really interesting. Might not be to most.

Surfwise: excellent

Cocaine Cowboys is good.

Inside Deepthroat is good.

Hell on Wheels: love this one, but its German and subtitled. And im a cycling fan.

Commune: is good. About REAL DEAL hippies. Not fake ones...lol.

Botany of Desire: excellent. Same dude who did Food Inc. (also good)

I've seen all of Arrested Development, My Name is Earl, Season 1-4 of Psych, Seasons 1-3.5 of Eureka, Seasons 1-3 of IT Crowd, All Seasons of The Universe, Seasons 1-3 of Skins, I believe it has nearly all of the Comedy Central Presents, Firefly, both seasons of Better off Ted, Top Gear, Friday Night Lights, Avatar (Cartoon), Dexter, the original Hitchhiker's guide to the galaxy, I know they have all of the new Battlestar Gallactica(been meaning to start), The Office (UK).. and others on the streaming part alone.

I've had it for about 2 years now.. they add a lot new streaming content by the week. Certainly a lot more than there was 2 years ago. I love being able to just go through each episode and not have to worry about waiting for the dvd to start up and navigating bloated menus.. I hardly even get dvds anymore. I wish they had a plan for unlimited streaming and just that.

edit: nvm they DO have a streaming only plan. *changes*

Just watched a documentary called "Confessions of a Superhero" its a really good movie about these people that move to LA to be actors but are forced to work for tips on the street dressing as super heros. One of the guys was from Pinehurst.

sounds like "Party Down"
