panthers eye 2 QBs at senior bowl...and RB

I don't see any point in us picking a RB earlier than maybe the 4th round. The Pat White pick is intriguing...Delhomme is definitely our starter next year but it might be worth it to see how this guy develops. If we end up with a first round pick though, it definitely needs to go towards D-Line. If White is available in the second round, then maybe..

Graham Harrell was amazing this year, we just happen to live in ACC country,

How ever Pat White will end up being a Kordell Stewart, or Antwaan Randal El type of player.

I REALLY LIKE PEERMAN FROM VIRGINIA TECH!!!

Peerman is from UVA not VA Tech (sorry, us Cavs hate the Hokies so I had to defend Peerman :D

normally I'd agree, but if you go back and look at the history of the big 12, they don't produce ANYTHING.

I mean at some point you have to stop thinking of it as a coincidence and start wondering why that is.

You are going too far.. I see your point on QBs and the Big12, but seriously, "anything". The Big 12 produces a poo load of RBs just from OU and Texas alone. LBs, Dline, DBs, Oline, man they produce a crap load of good players in the NFL. Just not Qbs. The only QB to start this season in the NFL from the BIG12, was Vince Young, and he did not finish the season as the starter.

i think it means a lot...its shows interest we wont look and check out players or postions that we have no interest in thats a waste of time.so us looking at QB means something

Yeah but every team has "interest" in just about every player projected in the first 4 rounds.

Pat White looked like a passer in his bowl game. If he's a low pick I wouldn't mind taking the chance on him. He's smaller ,but so is Brees and some other guys. He would bring something to our team and it would be VERY hard to guard our RB's, Smith, and a super mobile QB.
