A big part and a well played political ploy. Massive Latino votes looking for the Brown entilements in LA along with the Libs in the Bay area equal a reincarnated California Governor from the 70's.

Sadly, most of the rest of California voted the other way.

Like I said in the other thread guys...you can thank the administration for putting the fear of govt. DEA enforcement into certain people and groups. Also, there's still those idiots out there that say, "Dur...well if the govt says its bad then I'm against it...dur."
