Sounds good, I may give that a shot. I'm glad you didn't suggest throwing in carrots -- I find I don't like the habanero sauces with carrot added.

How do you "cheese them up"? Like stuff them, or dice them up in some cheese and put that atop the porterhouse?

Sometimes I'll stuff them, but I think that takes away some of the spicy-ness for some reason. So most of the time I'll have fresh assorted peppers already on the grill, and I'll make a slit on them instead of stuffing it. Then, I slice cheese up so that little bits of cheese can simply fall gradually into the pepper as it melts. Then you can chop the result, but it may get messy. So I'll treat them like a side vegetable with my steak.

I have just recently started to appreciate the awesomeness of hot sauce. I have never been able to handle the hotness, but I have sort of forced myself to become immune to it.

I think it is Texas Pete that I have been using, but Im not sure.

I put it on pizza, last night I put it on velveeta shells and cheese with ground beef in it, Hot Pockets (ham and cheese), tacos, fried chicken of course and a couple other things.

Very new to the whole hot sauce concept but Im really likin it. I cant wait to see all the other things I can put it on.

I forget the name of the sauce unfortunately, but in middle school I got a detention for forcing a 6th grade to put it on his pizza, he cried and was all red in the face.

Yum- the Mexican restaurant I used to work at had this as their main sauce. Also had Tapatio and El Yucateco but Cholula was by far the most popular.

I like to use hot sauce to add to my food...but find some are just too hot and over powering.

I love texas pete, tabasco, and frank's red hot. Sadly these will get you ousted from any real hot sauce conversations in Tejas and the like.

I am a hot sauce fiend. Like beer, it's almost impossible to say which hot sauce or pepper is my favorite, as almost all of them have their place.

El Yucateco is the deliciousness. I love the green, $1.49 at Food Lion.

The chipotle sauce is also quite tasty, but not as hot.
