Yeah, I mean good reasons... the at home thing can work out well if done right. Show her you can cook and all... don't turn it into a booty call kind of thing, which sounds like you weren't gonna, and it should be good.

Double date is not a good idea. If you can't break the ice yourself, then don't take her out. That's like 5th grade and shows that you are uncomfortable. Dating is all about breaking the ice and seeing if you two can click, not hanging out with her friend while they giggle and go gossip in the bathroom.

Not saying you can't do that, but do it once you know each other better.

Maybe if the date at the restaurant goes good u can ask her if she wants to come to your place for some drinks....seeee it's pretty simple.

See for a younger girl and a first date...that just seems like a little much. I want her to be comfortable and if the first date goes well, I'm definitely gunna take her out to dinner for the second date.

At some point throughout, she realized, she's not very into you. She should be doing the mature thing and just straight up telling you that she's not into it, but obviously she's not doing that.

Don't call or talk to her anymore, especially if she is getting pissy with you and not answering your calls. Its making you look bad even though I know you aren't being clingy and hounding her.

I've gone on the cold turkey first dates out to dinner before and I just think there are better alternatives. I'm not hellbent on a double date it just seemed like a good idea at the time. I just don't want to just drop in on the intimate first date dinner thing.

Best idea is to not classify it as a double date, just a hanging out time.

Then if you like her, you can take her on this "first date".

Personally I think you should just get her drunk and see what happens, that way you can save money and time wondering if what she has to offer is worth it...
