If the Panthers hire a head coach who wants to run a West Coast Offense, he'll need an OC that knows that system.

And one of the better West Coast OCs likely to be on the market at that time could be...guess who? :sosp:

I put all of the blame with the Vikings on Childress he has no backbone and makes horrible decisions. Childress, Fox, Wade Phillips will all be looking for jobs next year and I think Fox is the only one who will get a HC job out of the three

Phillips may not get another head coaching job, but he'll probably get another DC job with a 3-4 team somewhere.

Likewise, Childress could be a hot commodity for a team wanting a West Coast OC or QB coach.

If you want to get really wild, if Washington keeps McNabb, he might lobby Shanahan to replace current QB Coach Matt LaFleur with his old friend from Philly.
