Moss waived. Go get him Hurney

Don't see why we wouldn't, besides the obvious "save money" mantra. IDK...I mean, his contract is up at the end of the year. He might drop some balls and what-not, but he would be a big body and another option.

With all that said, I think we have enough bodies at WR who are going to be fine. Getting Moss wouldn't make a lot of sense in that realm, unless you really wanted to put Moss at the 1 or 2 with Gettis, Smith in the slot. I actually wouldn't mind seeing that.

All in all, aint happening.

It's kind of funny how last year many on the board were falling all over themselves to give Jarrett a BJ after his 60 yard 1 TD performance against backups.

Gettis and LaFell have about 250 yards and 3 TDs between them the last 2 weeks and the board is too busy making frowny faces to notice.

Have some patience. Those two are some of the only reasons I feel like watching the games anymore.

Its a great season to watch our young guys progress..I like Lafell and Gettis. ..and in less than half a season have both outproduce Jarrett..lol

I like to Edwards take his lumps this season as opposed to next when i hope we will at least try to compete. ..and that would be a WR, his only NFL position he can play..

Personally, I'd rather have Gettis out there getting experience and building his confidence than Moss just going through the motions, not caring and complaining at every opportunity.

This is just a "build for the future" year, bringing in Moss for the last 9 games is pointless.

something about this dont smell right to me.........there is way way more to this story than the vikings are letting on......you would bench moss before cutting him if it was just a performance issue......poo berrian has been awful all year and he is still on the roster

Moss has to clear waivers based upon the team's records, worst records get the first shot. Because of that, I can't see the Patriots, Jets, or Steelers having any chance at getting him.

Yes, but anyone that picks him up on waivers is responsible for his salary. Teams that wait after he clears waivers sign him for minimum and Vikings have to pay his big contract.
