Impossible to tell for most and 'decent' is a impossible term to quantify as many poor to average players rack up multiple starts for decent teams.

At the moment Hardy looks like the best bet to be a consistent starter, with possibly LaFell & Gettis getting up to consistent #3 standard at least. I imagine Edwards & Norwood may be destined to be role players for their entire careers. Pike is a toss up.

Clausen I feel will be a solid player, but might not be a game changer. He has the work ethic and attitude to constantly push himself, so I imagine he will be in the league for a while to come.

Brown...sadly faces the toughest task. His greatest asset is not getting him much joy, so it is difficult to see where he goes from here. However there have been plenty of players who have moved to different schemes and excelled after looking lost in the league. Like Clausen this guy is a true pro with regards to his determination and work rate, so I expect he will stick around due to his motor and potential.

OK, what label should I put on a guy then that I fully expect to be a disaster in the NFL and eventually end up working at Family Dollar.

Geez talk about misguided expectations. Pike was a late round QB pickup. Those guys are lucky to make the roster most of the time, so I can't see him being called a bust when most would have tried to stash him on the practice squad.

LaFell has improved from his earlier weeks, if he keeps improving then he'll be decent. Hardy is always around the ball when he's on the field, he was a steal. And I just have a good feeling about Norwood, I think he'll end up being decent at the least.

Gettis and Hardy are the only ones I have faith in atm.. LaFell may turn into a good #2, and Claussen might be depending on if they rush him back in or not. Norwood was said to have the same instinctive feel for the ball Hardy has, so could be a legit player for us, but I've not had the chance to see him much.
