Agent says Pep likes Miami

Does Miami have any players that could be packaged with the number 25 to make it worth while?

Also, we gave Miami an undisclosed 2009 draft pick for Mcknown. Probably a late rounder.

Anyone know how many picks Miami holds for 2009?

I really like Phillip Merling and Vonnie Holliday who are both defensive ends so they would get a defensive end/linebacker and we would get a good defensive back plus a first round pick.

I wish people would learn the difference between there and their.

Hooked on phonics sucks. The education system sucks. Your parents suck for not teaching you the difference.

Their 1st and 4th would do it.

Yes, I realize that is less than what Jared Allen got but non homers will realize that we will probably not get a deal as good as that.

You may be calling us a homer but your being a little too pessimistic, Jared Allen was traded for a top 20 draft(don't remember right off the top of my head the exact #) pick in the 1st round and two 3rds, if we trade him to Miami we are going to get a lot more then one late 1st round and one late 4th round draft pick.

I could see a 1st and a 2nd or a 1st a 3rd and a 4th, don't forget that value of late 3rd round picks really drops off compared to early 3rd, and a 4th round pick that's so late it's almost a 5th round pick is not going to be the only other pick packaged with a late 1st round pic.

I'd say take Parcells draft picks. Since NFL rules stipulate that Franchise players demand 2 first round draft picks, I would be satisfied with 1st and 2nd rd pick this year. Then we could always package the two picks together to get a top-10 draft pick from another team. Of course we would have to franchise Peppers first. :-)
