Is there anyone that still cares about this season?

Being considered competitive, and actually being competitive are 2 different things that have nothing to do with each other.

Sorry, try again.

Actually the point goes way over your small mind. Age may be catching up to you. The fact is, that team, hate them or not (I do), actually tries to get better whereas then people feel confident with that team going into the season. We just don't do things like this.

Carry on.

Carry on.

But keep trying.

I don't care what you post, but I realize you only get so much time on the computer at the nursing home so you want to post as much as you can.

The fact is, at least they try, like other owners, people hardly get excited about our seasons. JR just doesn't care.

Rofl.

How is it JR's fault that the fans don't get excited? Those other teams make horrible decisions and you claim the fans get excited (How do you know, anyway? You might be reading into the media hype...).

Well one example would be cutting all our veterans and other key pieces to our team. It was all a business (Jerry). For all of us that do not make the kind of money these guys are making, we look forward to football. We want to be competitive. Losing is one thing, but the way we lose is unacceptable.

Hardly. I'm just not a homer. When my team doesn't do anything to get better, I don't get excited. How is that hard to understand?

If you're already a team that's a contender, that's one thing, but even then, teams that are already a competitor try to improve.

No one should defend JR, our problems have been coming for years, and he did nothing. He kept the same lame duck coach, same bad offense, etc. Give blame where it's do and stop being homers. Why do you worship Richardson? He doesn't care about you, unless you are rich, then he MIGHT care.

We've need a #2 WR since Moose went to CHI, and never got it. The draft failed for us, so we never went after names that mattered. We're what, 5 years after he went to CHI and now it's one of our major problems that never got fixed. Just one of many.

I think people are confusing JR's tenure with this season. because if you knew anything about the team, you would know that this year wasn't the norm, it was an exception.

Yeah, when was the last time the NFL had a lockout looming? This season shows his true intentions.

dallas fans were excited before the season.. all that hype about being the 1st team to play home field in the superbowl.

now they dont say so much. and when they do, its pretty much on par w the crap getting said on here. :D i'll admit, it makes life a little easier here in tx.

the best dallas fan is a silent one. kinda like a woman.

But someone just said that good teams are not loyal to their players (veterans). So, we must be a good team.

I'm not talking about you, I'm talking about the fans in general. You were just claiming our fans are not excited going into seasons, didn't you? (No, really, did I misinterpret it?)

As I said I am pretty neutral with the JR stuff. I don't worship him, but at the same time I don't really blame him if he is doing it to save/make money.

He doesn't care about you, unless you are rich, then he MIGHT care.

He cares about me if I contribute to his $$$, even if just a little. :P

True. But all I'm saying is, at least they try, and they have a GREAT team. Going into last week's game they had a top 5 D and top 5 O. They just have bad coaching and a lack of discipline. I'm sure Jones will fire Wade after this season and at least try to fix things.

Cowboys aren't doing great right now, they lost their QB too, but next year at least looks bright for them. How do our next 3-4 years look?
