What could we learn from the Rams O?

What do you think Davidson could learn from the Rams offense?

The way they handle Bradford is impressive. He's a great players, but they really allow him to play within a system to emphasize accuracy and not needing to take huge risks early on... quick routes, quick reads, it seems.

Hats off to the Rams offense, but bah... missed tackles, blown coverage today sucked too.

yes, they have a QB, but I do not think that the disparity in CURRENT play level between the QBs accounts for the results alone. their oline played well, yes. but they were helped tremendously by playcalling, and we still got some pressure.

did you hear what the announcers say? STL coaches MAKE bradford throw a ball within 3.5 seconds of the snap or of leaving the pocket. that's crazy.

They gave Bradford the entire preseason, TC and OTAs snaps with the 1st team. They designed the offense around his skillset and made it similar to what he ran in college. The injected specific rules to help prevent some of the typical rookie mistakes.

Get a smart HC and OC and a similar offseason to Clausen and hopefully he'll come out looking as good.

no, they used short passes in addition to their run game.

29 rushing attempts...and it would have been more if they didn't keep pulling jackson out on 3rd downs.

Watching the game especially in the 1st half Jackson was largely ineffective. Bradford had 18 completions for 5.7 yards a clip.

I guess maybe a better wording would be that they passed to set up the run. They only gave their backs 24 touches.

whatever you want to call it. the bottom line is they never gave up on the run...even though it wasn't working.

that was the main ingredient to last week's win against the 49ers, and it was the reason why moore was successful at the tail end of last season.

the minute moore feels the weight of the game on his shoulders is the minute carolina loses.
