Moore back to his usual self.

The truth is, this team sucks. I KNOW Moore isn't as bad as he looked today, we all have seen it. But, a couple of his throws looked like sh*t. No excuses for that. The 3rd INT, I don't know if that was on MM or Smitty for the route, it looked like a miscommunication, ending in a bad throw, but at that point it didn't matter.

This team is horrible on offense, top to bottom. We know we have talent at skill positions, so what does it mean that we can't generate any consistent yardage or points? Poor OL play and QB play.

I haven't given up on Clausen although he's looked horrible it's still too early to judge him, but I'm leaning towards him being a career backup. Same for Moore.

Again, what I've been saying all season - Look at Sam Bradford. A rookie QB making scrub receivers look like Pro Bowlers. That's what a franchise QB does. He makes the guys around him better and wills his team to wins that they wouldn't get with any other QB in there.

We don't have a guy that does that or can do that. I think we'll be looking for a QB in the draft.

My point is, Moore isn't THAT bad, but everyone is looking a lot worse on offense because of the perfect storm of poor OL play, mistakes by usually reliable players (Smitty, Stewart), and horrible coaching/playcalling. No doubt, he threw some shitty passes, but we shouldn't be this bad. There's just too many problems to put it on any one guy.

Is this is how it going to go all year? Every time we lose which will be often and all the clausen butt hurt fans are going to pile on Moore every week.

This really gets old. Bad enough we lose but all the back and forth is really juvenile.

don't act like it's only "clausen fans" which point out flaws in our players.

both our qbs have had bad games, coincidentally when the rest of the team has played poorly. moore had a great game. i wish he'd have more. =|

I don't think there's any legit connection between any of our QBs and steve smith. Opponents are definitely keying in on it whenever we throw passes to him (surprise), and a lot of the time the timing and communication is off. There is just no chemistry... These aren't the days where you can loft a ball up in the air, somewhere in the vicinity of Smitty and expect him to catch it.

Moore looked like a deer in headlights once again, once he makes his read he stares down the one receiver he's decided to throw too. At least two times today Smitty was wide open, I'm talking guaranteed TD plays if he would have scanned the field and "looked" for the open receivers.

Man, he's just so inconsistent its not even funny. The Defense plays well enough to keep us in the game, but damn... we got to put up more than 10 points and run the ball better.

Child please why don't you take Moore's cock out of your mouth and think about what you post!

U wanted Clausen right? How did that go? Exactly

And I never said Peyton Manning. I just said Manning, who knows I could have been talking about Eli

Putting the blame on Matt not going to change anything like me putting the blame on Smith. We suck all around period and nothing going to change till we start with coaching first

Why wasn't this article talked about on here this week?

http://www.charlotteobserver.com/2010/10/28/1791646/moore-says-hes-best-when-hes-loose.html

He knows now that it's easier to be loose while playing in lost Decembers and when the team is 0-5.

And he also knows that he's better that way.

"It's the only thing that's worked for me," Moore said Wednesday. "Coming in tense, and things like that obviously didn't work. And that shows. I think yeah, absolutely, coming in loose, kind of fearless is definitely beneficial."

So...the ONLY thing that has worked for you is to be loose, Moore? How the hell can we trust you to get into that state of mind when the game is on the line? I'm sure at 1-6, you'll throw 4 TDs next week. Gracious.

we're not putting either of our QBs in a position to succeed.

I don't really understand our offensive gameplan.

our starting RB is out. Our backup hasn't really been looking so great... We just came off an amazing game from our WRs.

So we go back to what didn't work in the previous 5 games...? I mean, it literally looked identical (minus the dumb trick plays) to our previous games.

for the love of god.......stfu with the moore bs.....what do you expect after releasing all the players we did....mooore success was when the running game was at least effective, comparing him to delhome is retarded especially when some of delhomes worst games were when d will was tearing it up i'd love to see how he does without a run game.....ohh i have 6ints...

bottom line moore is not a elite qb ever, he is a advance game manager....give him a running game and he can look great at times.....why the hell we think he can throw the ball 40 times a game is beyond me.......for moore to look like a elite qb is going far outside our teams identity so plz stfu until our o line, receivers, and coaching step the fug up

Bingo.

Back to doing what hasn't worked all year, against a team that is #18 in defending the pass.

John Fox, scratches under his chin, 'hey Davidson, let's run the ball today'
