Beason posted a new blog and b4 i read this yall were talking about playoffs and im thinking to myself BULLSH!T we will be lucky to make 8-8 or 7-9 but beason made some good points.

Beason said It’s wide open. If we play well and can get a little streak going, there’s no reason we can’t make the playoffs. This season especially, even 8-8 might be good enough to get you into the Show. And we know we can play with anybody. We played with the Giants, we played with the Saints.

Of course the season isn't over. Anything can happen. A team can go on a big streak and pull it together. It happens. With the Browns, Bucs and Cardinals in the coming weeks, those can certainly help with building up the mo'

The Matt Mo'?

The panthers are smart enough to know Mo' Double Trouble is a good thing. But the O-line isn't good enough to make that a reality.

I don't know how these guys just turn to garbage all of a sudden when they have beasted routinely during 08 and 09.

Logically the better pass game should help the run game. But honestly I don't think it's going to matter. The whole right side is playing very poor. I can't remember the last time we've been this bad. Or maybe the last 2 years of quality play has skewed my standards.

It has certainly skewed Stewart's play. He's being a very disciplined player waiting for those holes to open. But the holes never open. So he basically jogs for a few feet then falls forward for a solid 1-2 yards.

I think we really need Armanti Edwards to step up. We need dynamic players who are elusive enough to dodge the guys our line lets through. Stewart is a very good player but this O-line is handicapping him.

Anything can happen but it never has before. We will set a record going to the playoffs with the worst starting record in history. I understand Beason wants to stay positive and he is right it can happen but he'll have to make me a believer and 1-5 won't do it.

2004 was literally the 2nd most exciting year in Panthers history and if you disagree you're a big gay baby

lol it was an exciting year but that turnaround was playing some pretty bad teams. Nearly every team we lost to was good, nearly and all the teams we won against were bad.

How many good teams did we beat? 2ish I would say. The Chiefs were alive and kicking when we played them and the Saints were in the playoff hunt when we won. The Rams were good but Bulger was injured when we played them. The rest of the teams we beat were pretty bad.

The only bad team we lost to was the Raiders. All the other teams we lost to were in the playoffs except the saints who were very close.

It was fun to watch but i think the competition helped a smidge. Still the team took advantage of the opportunity and I feel like their dedication carried over to 2005.
