1- Sense of humor with understanding of sarcasm. Open minded. Listens to both sides of story. Flexibility.

2 - More naked women and drug threads.

Ability to have your own opinions, but enforce and maintain everyone's ability to share their own opinions freely.

Ability to disregard trolls that are just looking to provoke a kneejerk reaction from you.

Ability to at least lurk for vast amounts of time each day.

2. What would you do to improve the huddle?

I don't know that there is much that can be done to make it any better... other than adding a Tinfoil Hattery, and a place for female posters to show us their boobs.

3. Who would you ban first?

While there are plenty here I don't really care for the opinions of all that much, I'd only ban spammers and bots

Based on watching the current mod's, my answers would be:

1. What are the three top attributes of a good mod? Being a smart ass, being partial, and posting random topics in the lounge

2. What would you do to improve the huddle? Ban PFFL from posting topics

3. Who would you ban first? The list is too long to fit in this window

Give it to the chic that wants it, she would be fair, and hopefully clean up some of these photos. I have no problem with the photos, but if you have kids like me, they always are sneaking up on you and if you are reading a post with some of these peoples avatars, they can't help but see them. This is a forum for the Carolina Panthers, not some bikini or swinger forum. So whoever you give it to, I hope they clean that up, and all the spam adds faster! Some stay on close to an hour.

Yeah, I've heard this complaint too, but it doesn't make any sense when you can turn off all the images, avatars and signatures any time you want... If you're worried about what your kids are gonna see on here, especially compared to the rest of the internet, then I worry about you.
