By that thinking a vegan would not breast feed their babies either. I think it has more to do with animals not having the choice to be food. I think an intake of male protein is in their diet.

But I would imagine a vegan woman would know that cows have no say so in having their milk taken or being slaughtered for food. People though give freely of their bodily fluids knowingly!
