Ghosts.....

Also, christians do believe in possession as well right? Seeing how exorcism was one of the miracles Jesus performed. Christianity is a very halloween friendly religion.

Depends on your persuasion.

Catholics tend to believe that demons can just take possession of someone who's dabbled in something they shouldn't have, even accidentally. Protestants tend to believe demons have to be invited in.

Me? I can't say I've studied the particular topic enough to make a definitive pronouncement, though I don't believe demons can just grab and take you.

The theology doesn't really allow for the possibility of ghosts. Does allow for demons though.

Is this the same people who also believe that it's okay to molest small children, and to help cover up the incident after the fact?

All religions are fuged up. The Catholic Church is the worst. It's more of a corporate business than a religion.

I do believe in the spiritually between a person and their Higher Power. Thats all that really matters.

Prove it.

Zing.

Not Catholic myself. My guess is a Catholic would answer, "It's not okay, but sadly it has happened."

My own beliefs are that salvation is a personal thing. Church attendance and membership are good practice, not requirements.

The church I attend isn't really what you'd call a corporate body. They do a good amount of charitable and mission work (all of which is on a volunteer basis) but nobody gets "marching orders" or anything of the sort.
