Bobcats best player is...

My order:

1)Mek

2)Wallace

3)Diaw

If your talking about who has the most trade value on the team it's easily Okafor. Interior defense and rebounding are a must have in the league and he's the most consistent of them all. His bad games are usually a double double. His good ones are when he gets 20 and 10 but no matter what his rebounding and defense are a constant that I think it gets undervalued when questions like this are proposed.

Crash is usually our MVP because he does so many things very well and of course is a walking highlight reel. He's learning this year to not gamble as much on defense and it's helping out his overall game.

You could make a case for Diaw because he's made the game so much easier for Emeka, Wallace and Felton on offense and is a big time reason for the improvement the team has made since the trade that brought he and Bell here.

I think Gerald Wallace is the Bobcats best player. He does everything for us. Gets rebounds, block shots, shoots 3s, and plays above the rim. Emeka Okafor is probably the most reliable and might be the most improved this season. I notice Emeka is going to the rim strong with dunks this year where as in the past he would try to lay it up quick and end up getting blocked. He's also our best rebounder. #50 got the big dollars in 08 and he's stepped up big for us this season.

The awnser is nobody. That's a Larry Brown team, they pick each other up when 1 is having a bad game, etc. That's how we'll start winning. But, this season Okafor has stepped it up big time, giving him some decent bigs to help him out have obviously upped his game. Wallace the previous years though, and he would be THE guy if he didn't' get hurt a lot.

    • I could almost bite on this one. They say the Edge is a deep class and 42 would most likely give us a good edge player. At 57 we take BPA defensive player. However, I seriously doubt NYJ would bite unless Wilson was going to hold out and demand a trade.
    • I think this “stat” or whatever you want to call it can help paint the bigger picture.  I know some here are fixated on his passing yards but when you take this “stat” into account, our lack of YAC, lack of easy completions, our WR grades, you can conclude Young is having to earn a lot of what he gets  Most here won’t watch breakdowns or all-22 so some of these throws Young is making with crazy anticipation don’t get any recognition. At the very least this “stat” is telling you he’s making some impressive throws which is what we all wanted to see
    • Perfect offseason. Trade down: Get Emeka Egbuka and additional 2nd for our 1st. Trade current second for AJ Brown.    That takes our WR corp from arguably worst in the league to possibly a top 10 unit with two moves.    2nd Round: Jack Sawyer IDC after that. If we have Egbuka, Sawyer, AJ Brown after day 1-2 I’m happy.    FA: Austin Eckler, Dre Greenlaw, Hasson Reddick These are likely low(er) cost FA with high upside. Kind of medium risk, high reward possibilities. This is also assuming Derrick Brown and Shaq can come back healthy. Which..if they can’t the defense is terrible anyway.
