All people r saying is smith, lafell, and gettis, what about AE? Or even Wright? U can kiss martin thomas and clowney good by but at sometime AE is gonna have to be made useful to his second round pick status.... Unless we r changing it up and going to a more fan happy spread offense its hard to see us keeping so many wr's on the roster

From what's been said, Edwards problem hasn't been technique as much as the fact that he just wasn't in as good a shape as expected (which is surprising given his athleticism).

In an interview, Edwards himself pointed out that while he scrambled often in games as a QB, he wasn't used to having to run on every play. Dropping back is a far cry from running a route. Even on a rollout.

Essentially, they have to get him in shape to play receiver. Frankly, I'm not sure that happens this season.
