Jackson questionable

No injury to a RB's had or arm is a non issue. Eventually, he will either have to switch the ball to the other side or use both hands in traffic, and you can bet your ass the Panthers will be targeting that hand. The Panthers have caused a few fumbles by Jackson even when he was healthy, so you can bet your ass they'll be going for that ball.

Proudiddy was going to propose to Steven Jackson after the game.

dammit... you got me.

Saltman told me earlier it was the left hand, but I still think either way it is a bigger issue than what everyone is saying. If he has to cover the ball up with both hands going through the middle guys are gonna go after that finger, and there's no telling what kind of pain that may cause or how he'll react.

Then again, if he underwent a Ronnie Lott type of finger surgery, then you guys would be completely right, it would be a non-issue lol.

Look for him to bounce it out right frequently so he can keep the ball tucked in his outside arm. I hope Beason is aggresively practicing stripping the ball techniques this week, because they are going to run the ball right towards Beason on the weak side. This could give us some much needed turnover opportunities.

now that the rams aren't one of the worst teams in the history of the NFL Jackson is mighty scary. If he runs for 150 yards he now has a qb that can throw for 300.
who is he throwing to? thats what makes them a little scarier.

their offense isn't what has me concerned much. aside form a couple plays early on in the game where the other team is able to leap ahead, the defense does a pretty good job of controlling the game and helping the offense out as much as possible providing opportunities.

the thing i'm worried about is their blitz and sack happy defense going up against our team who hasn't really had much success dealing with those things. until i see more positive from our offense, i'm really not to thrilled about that. they jump out ahead of us early and we may very well be screwed if they can keep applying constant blitz pressure to whoever is under center here.

They do have 20 sacks but are giving up 15 so it is *** for tat. Their offense is only marginally better than our ranked 27th in points scored at 17. Their defense is 18th against the pass giving up 221 yards and their run defense is 15th giving up 108 yards a game. They have 5 Ints total.

I think we stack up pretty well right now. As for letting them get out to an early lead, Tampa trailed them 17-3 at the half and shut them down to 68 yards in the second half.

all i saw was oregon...:o

everyone from oregon/oregon st. are beasts. it's in the water.

All I know is there are a ton of Beavers in the league right now but I don't follow the Ucks so I can't comment on them. I don't think it's as many as the Beavs because of the system they run but who knows.
